Fair play to Ed, for sticking to his guns. I've watched pretty much all of the UK ones, but never been a fan of the USA ones, especially since they started letting Mike get his hands dirty.

I wish him luck, even if he does use a phillips on a pozi occasionally, and sometimes replaces parts unnecessarily!!

Mike

Good luck to Ed, they've just cut out the backbone of the show for me.
Doomed to fail IMO.

I can't imagine Ant Anstead getting his hands grubby working on cars.

That's a shame, Ed is basically the show. Think the world will keep turning.

bugger , wasted my sky subscription again! One of the few programmes I regularly watch. Worse since the move to the US and I can't see it getting better without Ed.

Ant and Brewer do stints at the classic car shows together so they do have some provenance.

another sad day!
now I'm about to have more time I've suddenly got less toys to play with!

First Aaron Kauffman leaves fast n loud, now Ed China leaving WD.
Won't be the same without him,and it was better before velocity took it over, and it became more in the USA,with mainly American cars.

Lost the Wheeler dealers feel

That's the end of that then, definitely the right decision by Edd. Discovery Shed and the old episodes for me

Sad times indeed- bust as all have said, since going to the us the show had died/ and lost all its soul and integrity. One more series and it will be canned!

Agree totally. I stopped watching it when it went state side Just not the same show. Big Edd was more than half the show for me, so I would say good luck Edd , your better off without the annoying little fat bloke.

We haven't had the USA series here yet - sounds like I shouldn't bother. And if Edd's gone, what's the point?

Wouldn't be surprised if Aaron Kauffman turns up in a series of his own Craig,it seems the way with US tv
