When was the last time you ever heard of a new car being rejected refused because of build quality issues for instance particularly 'panel gaps'?
Paint seems to be a common thing but panel gaps?!
Has it ever happened to you?
Just curious, looking at a lux car garage yesterday, and subsequently looking at owners forums for said cars, where a few cars are being 'rejected' from new due to panel gap alignment issues and other quality issues.
Surely with quality measures these days you shouldnt see this sort of stuff anymore? Or is this a result of cost cutting and de-specilisation? Or are robots not really all that good?

Build quality and rejecting cars
Was there not someone on here a few weeks ago talking about the panel fit on the new Mustangs?
