Ghosts/paranormal - any experiences or thoughts ?

Post by RyanB88 » Sat May 06, 2017 10:15 am

Woke up this morning and randomly turned on a tv show "my ghost stories"

Anyone got any first hand experiences on anything paranormal?

Anyone tried to communicate using Ouija (sp) boards ?

Discuss!

Ghosts/paranormal - any experiences or thoughts ?

I can't think of anything, but Mrs Marlon, well she meets someone for the first time knows things about them - sometimes stuff they've only told their closest friends. She's seen the odd 'ghost' too

It's a grey area imho. Questions to ask oneself on the 'sighting of ghosts' or other paranormal insights is...

Is this real or am I loosing it?

The jury is always out on this one.

Ghosts/paranormal - any experiences or thoughts ?

Years ago, when I was working as a bricklayer, we where working on a large house/mansion, which was being converted into apartments. Myself and a labourer were there on a Saturday morning and I was blocking up garage doors and fitting a window/door in there place. This was a double garage with a staircase going up to a couple of rooms, which had been servants quarters. There had been a connecting door from these rooms to the main house, but we had blocked this up, so there was no other way in apart from the garage door, where we were working.
I heard foot steps in the room above me, Sid (the labourer) heard them too, so I called up and went up the staircase (trowel in hand) to see who was up there. There was no one there and no way that anyone could have got in or out, but we deferentially heard foot steps, so we finished early that day. That whole place did have a very eerie feeling about. :|

MrsG knows every thing I say. I can be on a different continent and she still knows.

Is that Normal or Paranormal?

Hang on I remembered the word. It's just Paranoia.

I was working in the plant room of a large office office complex and saw the maintenance chap walking down a corridor. I needed a key off him, so shouted, but he didn't stop. I followed him down a corridor into a room, but when I got there no one was in it. There was no other way out of the room and it left me spooked and confused. When I eventually found the maintenance chap I mentioned it to him and he said I wasn't the first person this had happened to. They all thought it was the ghost of the last guy who had died a few years previously after looking after the building for 40 years. I've never found out if they were yanking my chain...but at the same time I couldn't explain it either.
I still go there.....and it still puts the willies up me.
Now gone.......Z4MR. 2007. Boring silver.

Until I see otherwise, I'm skeptical about ghosts and UFOs. Simply for the reason that almost every person has a mobile phone (camera) now, and yet strangely there still hasn't been anything conclusive filmed of either. With all of the 'paranormal investigators' out there doing their thing, you'd think the mystery would be solved by now
Although, I have to admit the security camera footage of the thing/person moving through Disneyland is weird.

Thoughts..? Yes..utter bollocks....

All these 'sightings' by folk, they're all in 'spooky' or empty buildings or empty places etc, usually in the the dark or twilight...how come no-one has never seen one in Sainsbury's on a Saturday afternoon? Are spooks elitest?

Until headless Nick taps me on the shoulder and asks me to move my bog roll and bread a bit further along the conveyor I won't believe in anything..

A little like aliens etc I don't really believe in it, always grainy photos, out of focus film etc, however there is one story from the 70s which is freaky to say the least.......The Enfield Poltergeist.

It's all bollox init.
And these charlatan mediums and clairvoyants, they can all suck a bag of dicks too imo.
I went to one of those medium evenings, for a laff, knowing that i wouldnt be able to resist if i was chosen to participate. Sure enough he asked if there was anyone in the room who lost a relative recently. My hand shot up and he asked. 'Yer, i lost me nana recently' i said, to which he excrutiatingly tried to get me to give him clues as to what she died from. In the end i said with the straightest face i could muster that she 'just exploded. Yeah, she was a devout catholic and the guilt of everything she'd done just made her explode, and that was that.'
I couldnt hold it however and me and my mate damo just started pi$$ing ourselves and got asked to leave.
Hahahhhaa sigh. Happy days.
