House name...how hard can it be

Post by Leesfarm07 » Sat May 06, 2017 2:12 pm

I need a house name for my forthcoming house build. The local council said there is no number sequence available to me so I need to supply them with house name suggestions so that they can check with royal mail etc before agreeing to it.
I've had a few ideas but would welcome any suggestions off all you clever guys and girls.
FYI there are currently no trees on the land although I'm sure something could be planted at a later date to tie in with a name. There's no sea views etc so nothing obvious I could relate it to. My front runner atm is 'The Garden House' as the plot was previously a garden...

Lees Farm Drive was my old address. I've been looking at old local maps and discovered a nearby pit from the late 1700's was called Crawstone Pit so could use 'Crawstone'
Also there used to be a pub very close by called the New Inn so perhaps Newinn House....

As for birdlife my neighbour seems to be a right Dr doolittle having chickens, quales etc that wake up at the crack of dawn!
