Quite a difficult thing to enforce in some instances as it can be subjective as to when you should pull into lane one.

To be honest I'd rather the police focused their limited resources on proper crimes.

I've only seen one person get pulled, and that was when the police van behind it was ignored even when it started flashing it's lights

Middle lane hoggers

Had one better than a middle lane hogger yesterday.

Waiting at a junction coming on to a dual carriageway, and a customized Seat Ibiza comes up on my inside. When I roll down my window and ask what he thinks he's doing, I get a response "its two lanes here, can't you see?" (with some additional emphasis added). He then took off down the road... his additional "lane" was about 2 foot wide, with an image of a bike on it ... so I suppose in a way he was both right and wrong
