Perfect Parking Space

Post by cj10jeeper » Wed Aug 16, 2017 11:40 pm

I hate supermarket car parks but my perfect slot is nearly always empty.
Why - because the same idiots that bang doors and bump when parking bare not park in it :)

Perfectly marked it limited with 3 solid posts and nothing near

My thought to. I'd of moved it, although I'm guessing Phil may have done that also.

It arrived after I'd parked, else I would have moved it. It was lurking though, clearly attracted to a new target
Alternative is in the underground park where semi dark seems to require people to park by sliding down the side of other cars or taking their bumpers off on the pillars

With my luck I'd still find some simple minded idiot would have parked on the left irrespective of the lack of parking slot.

Nice Jaaag BTW

I have a favourite space too in the supermarket, it's weird how our car nut minds analyse such things haha

Just do your supermarket shopping online and get it delivered, you can guarantee no matter how careful you are someone will go out of their way to crash into you. I avoid them like the plague now.

My brother used to work for the law firm that handled the accident claims for Tesco's home delivery drivers....

I think you are safer in the supermarket carpark

Thanks for the comments on the car :)

Parrot for a sit in is fair. If we can get out I'll run you up and down the road

I also hate car parks and have home delivery, but had to use their parking. I'm sad enough to have driven out before if no suitable slot is there....

Buy your shopping online and when the delivery driver turns up, he'll tell you they've substituted half your order with more expensive/inferior stuff/items with crap expiry dates.

Yeah...no thanks.

So you'd rather spend 2 hours trapsing around finding and buying it? Delivered to a time slot, anything close to expiry is given free., subs are usually close or can be rejected
£60 per annum and ours is delivered twice a week. Fuel and time make up 10x alone
Each to their own but I find no joy in supermarkets

I don't spend 2 hours in a supermarket, so it doesn't bother me. Anyone who spenda that long buying their weekly shop needs to speed up or eat less.
