You never know ! Its had a lot done, which could be a good thing, or its 'needed' a lot done, which may well continue to be the case !

You've just got to go and get a feel for it !

"Cylinder head rebuild" might just be the standard 80k+ HG failure - however, that together with the gearbox & clutch would make me stay away. Good price though (for buyer, not other owners :) )

My normal thought would be don't go near it, flip side of that is as a 6 month low miler is it worth the risk for the ask..hmmmm..

Ooh, not keep on the grey roof either... but he's spent a fair bit on the body kit & wheels. Laughed at the plate though - is that Le Estate Cars, or Lee State Cars, or even Lees Tate Cars

I think this is probably a pre-prepared ex-showroom car, or specifically built for someone who wanted an Auto, with the Alpina looks. There seems to be too many of them around to be anything else, as it just doesnt stack up financially for anybody to go to those lengths privately on a car with a flimper interior spec.

That's had more than it's fair share of woes, second time it's been up for sale too, looks nice but makes a buyer nervous. Good car for the money or one to avoid?
All major stuff done under AUC warranty would surely be a plus not a negative :? + same owner for 8yrs another plus
Id be more put off by the seats , they look battered for 80k
Black paint & exterior cover also brings out a klaxxon for me :| imagine those swirls & haze

True enough Andy but why has it had all those problems? Not your normal cars life, smacks of a Friday afternoon car, they never seem to get straight. Still, no way of knowing, you pays your money...

With gearbox, clutch, and cylinder head rebuild, sounds like Mr Le Bon drove it like it was stolen.....
