New project : Z4M -> 35is

Post by Philly_Sweden » Sun Oct 01, 2017 1:01 pm

Hi.

Just bought myself a 2010 35is 8)
Coming from two Z4 M Coupes I wanted to try something new.

Since I am only crusing with my cars and maby some spirited driving occasionally I thought that the E86M wasn't the car for me.

Well my friend posted that he was gonna sell his mint condition 2010 E89 and I thought what the heck. I had a M6 E63 before so I "knew" how it was to drive a SMG but the DCT is light years a head.

I haven't driven so much yet but I looooove the car. Haven't missed the 3rd pedal at all.

I thought that if you have any question about the switch feel free to ask. I know that there are people out there thinking of doing the same move.

Thanks guys :)

It has some mods already:

LCI black indicators
M Performance pedals
H8 LED white angeleyes
LED lights above the reg.plate

And the most important mod.... ESS stage one tune so it's fast as hell haha...

Im planing on bigger/better IC, downpipes and some other tubing parts.
Then maby springs, CF-lip, CF-splitter etc :)

We'll see ;)

Yea - wait for it! Car looks great and built to do exactly what you want from it . A great long-distance cruiser that you can have some fun with when you want thanks to the DCT and Adaptive Suspension (that works great with run-flats - wash my mouth out). I Enjoyed a lot of miles in the Z4 Flagship!
2011-14: E89 2.3sDrive
2014-16: E89 35is - Valencia Orange X2 (gone but not forgotten)
2016-17: F33 440i
2017-17: E85 2.5si
2017-19: F87 M2 - Long Beach Blue DCT (Stunning)
2019-23: G29 M40i First Edition (more stunning than the M2)
2023-??: G23 M440i
