My Cyprus photo thread
I thought i'd make a thread with various pics shot in my beautiful island so people who haven't visited can see a bit of what's it like.
Some will be landscapes, others with my Z4 but they're all going to be in Cyprus. Some might not have been taken by me but i'll say which ones. Keep in mind, 99% of these will be smartphone photos as i've not had a proper camera in years. Plus i'm not exactly the best of photographers...
I'll try and keep this updated!

Re: My Cyprus photo thread
View from a friends back porch, nothing special the photo but i promise you it's much better in real life
A few days ago it was pretty windy but it's still t-shirt weather.
Caution: There are sharks roaming these parts.
Stormy seas but sunny skies.

Wouldn't recognise Paphos now, is the pelican still around?

Jonny essex, Damnit, i'll have to sort out permissions and stuff on the photos. Really didn't want to have to copy them elsewhere online. Oh well... Stay tuned!
ekimj10, he is indeed though i doubt it's actually a single one they've been parading around all these years. Poor bird.

My old man lives in North Cyprus in the Turkish part. Only been a couple of times but its a nice enough place that's for sure.

Re: My Cyprus photo thread
Jonny essex, i tried 2 different PC's (one of which doesn't have any of my accounts signed-in) and it shows the photos. Can anyone else confirm that they are not showing so i can be 100% sure?

Re: My Cyprus photo thread
Since I got involved in the threat I'd like to clarify that there is no Turkish part or North and South Cyprus. Cyprus exists as the Republic of Cyprus and this includes the whole island however there is an occupied part on the north of the island by Turkish troops. The self acclaimed Turkish part is only recognised by Turkey and no other country in the world. Every other country recognises Cyprus as one unity.simonlpearce wrote:Pics work just fine for me

I don't mean to make this political and therefore won't go into any further details but it's always good to educate people about our problem.
One a lighter note as ga41 mentioned it is a beautiful island and well worth a visit at some point for everyone.

From Limassol? Is that enaerios pier? Not fair really because you seem to know what you're doing behind the camera!

Καλημέρα!
Leukosia but unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) I leave abroad. But nevertheless good to see that there is at least 2 Cypriots with a Z4m Coupe.
The pictures where taken in the following order: Ai Giannis Malounta, Malama Beach Paralimni, Larnaka Marina.

Re: My Cyprus photo thread
There are some great driver's roads and I've actually got a few videos on YouTube of my older runs. I'll try and find the thread later on.

Re: My Cyprus photo thread
This might be a bit long for most of you, especially because of the terrible sound recording as it was before I had my full recording kit, but it might show off some of our driving roads.
