October Photo Competition - **** TIE BREAK ****

Due to the forum photo competition's first ever tie for first place we have decided to introduce a tie break. This will only happen for 1st/2nd places, and will usually last 24h.

In the event of the tie break being on a weekend, we will run it for 48h
