I can mod your back box 2 ways of doing it. Bypass pipes or modding the internals. I would say the bypass pipes are a better option as there is no need cut off the exhaust and so no joint needed.
My little blue zed is in lots of bits. With lots of things started and not many finished! I may have found the limits of my time and ability!!

Hi Chris I can make a set for your can no problem as soon as the material comes in. I have the dimensions needed I think for your car.

MM sorry for delay on getting back to you on size of my exhaust, ive been busy. They are measuring approx 60mm, the tips you sent turned up this morning. I've just been out to try them i think there too big. The oem pipe sits in the middle with quite a lot of extra space around it. Looks too big for my 2006 2.5si

They look fantastic. As i said wait and see how you get on with them before cutting anything.

Hi goldbcfc yeah mine are fitted the same it's just on the E89 Z4 the backbox tail pipes are not cut straight they are arngled look :D

They do look like that.?if they are pulled out a bit or the pies cut back and the pipes cleaned up the inner pipes are much less noticeable.

The new material is in.
