Cheers Firebobby purchased a new stalk from Sopers of Lincoln £105 inclusive of VAT and p & p.firebobby wrote: ↑Sat Apr 15, 2017 10:50 amThe early cars like ours had the loom fitted upto 2004 (see Stuartt's post), just drop the bottom cowl and you should see a plug towards the gearbox side. The cowl has the cut out section marked on the inside, I used a hacksaw an dremmel to remove this. The switch slides onto a piece of metal next to the plug. Ducklakeview has found a breaker who has 4 switches and cowls for £80. If you PM him, I'm sure he will pass on the details.DaveZ4richardson wrote: ↑Sat Apr 15, 2017 10:01 am Cheers Firebobby am off to buy a cruise control stalk

Does anybody know the circuit for cruise control switch. I am guessing it must be simple so was thinking of trying to make my own?

It isn't a simple switch, so unlikely you'll be able to make one. Unless you're an electrical engineer!FunkyJunky wrote: ↑Thu Apr 04, 2019 4:13 pm Does anybody know the circuit for cruise control switch. I am guessing it must be simple so was thinking of trying to make my own?

I was wondering this a while back. With some ingenuity you could make one with a e53 or similar steering wheel adjuster.FunkyJunky wrote: ↑Thu Apr 04, 2019 4:13 pm Does anybody know the circuit for cruise control switch. I am guessing it must be simple so was thinking of trying to make my own?
