your a 5 hour drive from me. which means i'm out as it would likely cost me £150 in fuel on top.

how much would i be able to sell my old lights for? conservative estimate so worst price scenario. this may tempt me to go for it. but £600 for these is dear IMO.

Personally I think given the cost of post face lift headlights (circa £400 new and £200 used) the cost of the LED angels and other bits and pieces such as sealant etc its a good deal. However I do see where your coming from with the journey/fuel costs etc. Perhaps Ranski could be persuaded to post them under the understanding its at your risk. That would save a good £100 or so. Even at £600 all in, bearing in mind how much you would get for your existing headlights (circa £100 each pre and £200 post) its not so bad.

Hi guys

A new set of halogens is currently £800, albeit they would be in perfect condition with no marking, aswell as no angels.

I would much prefer collection so i can help fit them, it saves a barrage of potential questions down the line

PS I have another 2 sets of lights I have recently dug out of the loft which I will also install angels to. Another chrome and black inners set (halogen)

How are they wired up, into the side lights? If so and anyone wants them as DRLs I can code if near NW London.

They are wired to side lights, with the sidelight bulb removed (It's all documented in the angel eye / clear headlight thread)

If you have an Intravee you can then set them to be on all the time (DRL's), aswell as a few other functions

For those looking at these, it is not a straightforward/easy job to install halos. TBH it is a pita, with the worst part splitting the headlight front from the back.

Also factor in that if you have pre-facelift with orange hockey sticks, you will need two donor facelift lights/hockeys to get this look.

TBH for anyone with pre-facelift halogens, I can't believe these haven't gone yet

I have had 3 sets of clear headlights in my loft for over 2 years, so not in a rush to sell.

I'll have a set with black inners off you if they haven't already gone? I've got the 2xcite ones currently, I like them but they're a little too aftermarket for my taste.
