M-Steering wheel trims and buttons - exchange service

Really nice, shame I've noticed one of my trims has cracked or I'd take these. How long lasting do you expect the finish to be?

I've had a set on my own car for around 4K miles and they still look like new, I'm not expecting them to wear, but it's a personal thing, wear lots of rings or bracelets or are just generally clumsy with things and they will scratch, they aren't bullet proof , but I've no reason to believe they won't last a good period of time, certainly harder wearing than the original rubber finish.

With regard to your cracked trim, let me have a decent picture or two and I will see if I can help .

Here's a pic of mine:)
At last my wheel looks great as I bought new bmw Tristar trim and it was my buttons that were wrecked

So whilst with diet and pastry doing cruise
They saw my wheel laughed and I instantly swapped out my buttons and diet (Bryan) fitted these bad boys

Great finish and no marks as of yet and I just touch with them with thumbs:)

Ps the amount of time it takes to prep rub and refurb these parts is a lot, so pricing is definitely more than fair
Put into prospective

Tristar parts £160
Buttons over £260 when I called

To echo D4dawg's comments, Bryan does a cracking job on these and just as importantly is a great guy to deal with. Once I've re fitted my control buttons I'll post up before and after pics. It's a no brainer when you look at the price of replacing these with new items and Bryan's finish is really professional.

They are if you remove the airbag which is a lot less daunting than it sounds. You can do it without removing it but I wouldn't recommend it.
