They have adjustability and get good reviews
Unless they have started making them for some reason, there aren't any for the M. Except some custom Koni shocks from some US tuning company. It was on a TST youtube clip.

Oh ok didn't realise that.

They stock them for the M3 so it maybe a same/similar shock?

Will do, anything would be better than the harsh ride I have right now, H&R springs on 100k oem shocks is not a good combination! I decided to start with all the engine gearbox and diff jobs, preventative maintenance etc, and brakes, now they're out of the way I can focus on the ride and handling.

What brakes have you gone for mate?

Did you get your bottom end shells done? How did they look?

Brakes needed doing all round when I got the car, just oem discs and blue stuff NDX race pads. Would like a BBK at some point, but it's far down the list for now.
Yes got the shells done at 108k, didn't look bad at all, but better safe than sorry. I'll probably get the job done again in 50 or 60k, just to be safe, I do push the engine quite hard sometimes when fully warmed up.

They don't look bad at all, that's a good sign.

Mine where in a lot worse state that that!

Are you planning on dropping the oil between services every 7.5-8k ?

Yes, my Indy kindly changed the service interval to 7.5k, but on previous cars I always did an oil change between services anyway, as I do push them quite hard occasionally and I think 10-15k is a bit much between oil changes, especially for the S54.

Good stuff, I imagine you will get easily another 100,000 miles out of the current ones then :)
