Sales do seem to have died down over the last three to four weeks, not much seems to be selling...

I was thinking just the same after looking at cars for sale currently. There are loads that have been there for 3+ months surely some must be desperate now to part with their M coupe.

Most do take a long time to sell.....

My M coupe took 3 months and it was the cheapest for sale in the UK at the time..

The good ones have sold literally same day this year, however there has only been around 4-5 exceptional examples, there is a few LM which have not sold on PH, a silver one that has a shiny drivers seat and a good one with KG at £27,995 which has already been reduced by a grand. I paid what the good ones were going for a year ago, even a bit less compared to sytner asking late £20's.

An average white one sold quickly through sytner, some people think white ones are great, they did not produce many because they were not popular and don't do the car justice, I read an article about white ones will be a great investment, funny enough the guy had bought one so he is hardly going to say negatives.

Most on there are high miles, privately asking for £20k+, they have been reduced and will have to continue to do so as they are way overpriced, quotes like guaranteed future classic........, the only ones that I think will hold are the top examples, the rest are for people to have fun and sell, probably at a lower price, granted some will of bought prior to 2015 and will make a profit with miles put on.

z4 m coupes were going really cheap only 3 years ago, I will enjoy mine for the next few years, if I lose 10% I would be pleased and mine is an exceptional example

One problem I have found with dealers is they are wanting high prices for cars with gaps in history or are due inspections. When trying to deal they simple won't budge on price to factor this in. I know they want to make money on them but I think that's why some are sticking around for awhile. Nice examples with good history and that are sensibly priced do seem to go quickly.

It's a bit of a balance though I have a spec max mileage and price in mind for a Z4M Roadster however I am starting to think that getting a car with slightly higher mileage that's a bit cheaper makes more sense. I have seen a couple of what looks like we'll cared for cars for sale but have dismissed them because of mileage.

I'm not really in a rush to buy one though as I'm still enjoying my e89 but if the correct car comes up I would like to scratch the Z4M itch one day.

DSP, Zenons,
I viewed this a few months ago, at the time it looked like it needed a brake refresh from being stood so long, there were two runflats fitted and I don't think valve clearances were done as part of its recent inspection.

Seemed to drive well, and at the time the seller was willing to offer a new set of brakes and valve clearances as part of sale

You are right this is a my car I am a member but not been that active on the forum . Job loss and temp contract has forced me to sell my Z4MC . I have hardly covered many miles since I purchased the car . I will be sad to see it go

http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/ ... 06/3128497
This one's a forum car I believe
