Car problems sorted out by a Pastry !

So as some of you know Pastry popped over a few weeks ago because he had an issue with his E89 roof, and I was able to help sort it out for him, his E89 was sold later that day . Pastry was selling his E89 because he had found a stunning Z4M . Well on his way back from picking it up he popped in again to show me, the keys were handed over ( thanks Paul ) and 10 mins later I arrived back on my drive beaming from ear to ear ! I had to have one !

I sold my E89 the very next day ( to a forum member ) and then spent a week looking for an M for myself . It's funny how these things pan out but basically a car advertised on here took my interest but the seller was away, so I spent the week looking at almost all the other cars on the net. Anyway, Pastry's car was the bench mark and although I did a lot of travelling around the country not many were good enough for me to part with my money . So back to the chap who was away, he arrives back and duely rings me to arrange a viewing , not to far from where my mother lives so I figure two birds with one stone and all that, well unfortunately the seller had to cancel my viewing, so I took the time to look locally whilst at my mothers. Well low and behold, just down the road literally from the cancelled booking stood another M . A call was made and off I went ,and well I bought the car, I'm over the moon with it, its low owner, low miles, running in service done when it should be and the condition is outstanding . Pastry had commented of my current cars , because they were all silver, so I thought I needed a change and this Imola Red is certainly a very evocative colour and with the Champagne leather seats it looks stunning to me .

These picture are long over due as I picked the car up last Saturday, so I apologise for the delay and I haven't had a chance to take it anywhere nice to take the photos( I've only just moved here and don't know the area ) , so you have to be content with my driveway , but I couldn't wait any longer . Photo bucket is playing up so please excuse the attachments . Enough waffle here we go .......

Cheers Andy, yes I had a spare set of wheel trims so I took the originals off and put these on ( I actually like the silver ) while I refurb the others in black , they had one scratch on each ! But it bugs me , the wheel otherwise is like new, and although Royals are doing a custom job for me on another wheel ( ready next week) I am loathed to give them the current wheel because it near perfect.

Welcome to the club from another recent M convert! I've always said there's something about an imola (or any red) z4 roadster that just looks so good! Especially in M guise. Super low mileage example too! Enjoy!

Looks absolutely stunning OP.

Very low mileage too, so no excuse not to put a few on it! :driving:

I love Imola (my E46 daily is that colour). I'm just waiting for my lottery numbers to come up so I can get an Imola MC - they never did the 3 litre Coupe in Imola for some reason. :(
Coupes because stunning!
Current - Silver Grey MC, Imola Red heated Nappa & carbon trim. Aeros, H & R Coil-overs, 224s, OE Strut brace, Nav, cup-holders, DSP Hi-Fi, pdc, cruise, MFSW, no CDV! E90 330i daily
