No need to come accross all defensive, I am not making butthurt remarks anywhere lol. The first 3 points are objective facts. The next few are opinion based or based on others but that is clearly stated.D4dawg wrote: ↑Mon Jun 05, 2017 12:50 am Hahahahah @ sunny
E89 sterile yes quick
Exciting I think not
Rewarding again I think not unless have ability to turn entire traction control off I doubt it
Values going to hold, never as it's not an M
Z4ms dated? I also disagree nothing to do with my owning one, but e89 looks like a computer got bored
Z4M will as is a classic in the making it's the last inline 6
N/A engine so it is and will continue to rise
An e89 with the 35i engine will sink like a stone after 5 years
True we are bias hence we love our cars but to come swinging in with butthurt remarks won't help your kit gain you any friends
As I see around 20 e89s EVERY SINGLE DAY and let's face it I can't tell the base model from the top nor do I actually have any interest upon doing so
An M go look at The post how many have you seen
We owners actively look for other Z4Ms and don't see them !
Your first point calling the E89 sterile but quick, yet the Z4M rewarding is a more defensive bias version of what I have written above. The 35is is a comfortable cruiser with power on tap..... the Z4M a corner carver at the track while shifting manual.... 2 different cars both great.
The Z4M may well be the last NA inline six but the M3 is the last NA V8 BMW may produce yet its values are still slowly declining. What I dont understand is why people think the Z4M is guaranteed to rise in value, based on what?
You see 20 E89s every day. Thats the equivalent of me saying I see 100 E85s or E86s everyday. I may well but they arent the M. And lets be reallistic its not like you can easily tell the M apart unless you are directly behind it.
