A very sad farewell

Post by JAD » Thu Aug 10, 2017 1:10 pm

Yes I know, I know... I'll regret it. Wedding next year, house renovation bleeding me dry and a taste for something loud/silly, V8 and British...!

Sorry to say, my car will be leaving my drive on Wednesday morning. I've had an amazing amount of fun in the car. Thanks to all those that have made it a very enjoyable 2.5 years; Andy Wilks for your help with parts, Mat Machine Monkey for the recent exhaust fun and chat, TomScott for providing the initial photos of your Coupe with orange calipers which made me buy, VRSteve - see you Saturday fella!

Great forum, great car, great bunch!

I'll upload a few photos of it once given a decent going over this weekend.

It wasn't in the end, chap - took the easy route out to save on time. Judging by my for sale thread with parts, I'm quite glad I did...!!

He emailed and asked me to delete his account, so he's gone.

It's a forum, the very nature of it is that you'll get comment....good, bad and ugly....if you can't stand a bit of that then you should 'only' list on eBay and put up with all the cr*p that goes with selling on there.
