Dolly me nets. (In memory of Victoria Wood.)

OK, I give in. How on Earth do you secure the medieval net device behind the seats? The rod that runs along the bottom won't go into the clips in the bulkhead and the hooks at the ends won't stay in their holes.

Another example of crap German engineering, of which there is much.

The clip each side... Lift hook, push into hole and push down. Repeat for other side.

Base clips.... Force into clip

Ahhhh...the old table-tennis net. :)

Even if you can get it into the hooks, it will fall back down and look like a pair of Nora Batty's tights in no time. Bloody useless piece of crap IMO.

May just be specific pills I'm on, but mine has remained stiff for the 8 years I've owned it.

I just bought one of these, as mine was missing. Had to use a rubber mallet to get it into the bulkhead clips.
Not sure the usefulness of it, but seems more complete

Very useful if you get table-tennis playing mice in the car. Keeps them occupied instead of chewing everything.

It was part of the 'extended storage pack', you know. Along with a small net in the passenger footwell (for holding what I have no idea) and two bits of elastic in the boot. Oh, and a little drawer next to the steering wheel which most take years to find.

You have to hook it in upside down, turn it down, then push in the locking trim piece.
Otherwise will just fall out.

Totally unused

and two bits of elastic in the boot.
have used those to help fasten things in place and stop them falling over

Oh, and a little drawer next to the steering wheel which most take years to find.

Did find it eventually and its a good place for parking meter coins and in my case, pound coins for the golf driving range
