I've been bad...

Postby Badbobby - Sat May 05, 2012 10:46 am

Hello

I have recently joined this forum and it has been a wealth of advice - thanks to everyone who's helped along the way or who has previously posted interesting stuff.

For those who may have had the boredom of reading some of my posts, I was originally looking for a low/mid mileage 3.0 Z4 for no more than £8/9k depending on gadgets.

Unfortunately I couldn't find much and when I did, I couldn't get it at a price I wanted so (and I'm sure I'm not the first to do this!!) I wondered what a few more pennies might bring. So I Thought Lux Alpinas looked very nice!

Well, I have just put down a deposit on an Alpina.... Doh!

Photos to come once collected.

No, not that one - went to see it actually. Not a bad wagon, but 166k is just way too much!!

Will reveal all once the deal is done.

There a few gorgeous Alpina's for sale at the moment including the penultimate car made (#335) in red for less than £12k I think.

Either way, good luck buying one!

Woooo! Nice :D

Love those wheels. Also you need a stubby and you need to remove that carriage lamp off your boot, it will cause too much drag. :D

very nice and refined alternative to the ///M. Well done.

If I had to get a pram top that(s what I'd go for.
