I'm getting mine fitted on Saturday. Individual bi-coloured M seats, heated and memory. Interior to match. Happy days

Sound nice - what colour are they?
Adamski wrote:Same with mine. I think the only change needed is to swap the passenger side occupancy sensor
I'm hoping so too. Just ordered a pre-facelift sensor (P/N 72107919202) from Jamie @ Sopers so hoping that's everything that I need. According to the handy write-up by mac27040, that should be it anyway...

I did this recently and I can confirm the occupancy sensor is all you will need to buy. That is the correct part number you have their as well, did Jamie mention selling another one of those recently and getting the wrong part?
It is worth noting you will need the control box from the old seat. The only other thing you may need is access to the INPA software to reset the airbag light as the new sensor might register a fault (it did on mine).

Also what breakers is it? I am looking for a centre console at the moment and they may be able to help

OK. Paid £500 for the seats, door cards and some other odds and ends - including delivery - from FAB. I've had some of those console parts, I'm afraid - but they've got a couple of others in at the moment. Don't know what' left, but I do know the interiors, dashboards have gone already
How soon were you looking for a console? Once my new one has been fitted, I'll be moving on my old one...
That is a good price for that lot mate, well done!
I am in no rush for the console, I am just after one that doesn't have scratches on it. I managed to scratch mine when I was fitting my seats

.
Just to confirm I am talking about the console itself (the large part with the knee pads, not the console trim?) If so and your console is black without scratches I will happily take that off your hands mate

No he didn't mention that! I was hoping to avoid the airbag light reset, as I haven't got access to that software (use Macs rather than PCs). Does anyone know if any forum member in Wales / Hereford / Glos might have access?

Can definitely help there. I'm looking to change the top sections of mine (they are a bit scratched), but got hold of a complete console, so the bottom part is surplus to requirements. I'll let you know in due course

Seats turned up today, nice and early, so I'm a very happy man....

They look in pretty good nick - ordered a new passenger occupancy sensor from the ever helpful Jamie @ Sopers (I'll big him up every opportunity I get) and some replacement side covers, as they were a bit scratched. Then it's onto phase two... off for a retrim in black alcantara & leather

This is the kind of look I am trying to go for, but with silver stitching rather than red. Not to everyone's taste, I'm sure, but me likey
Pics to follow hopefully in a few weeks...

Yeah, they are similar. Those seats are from the Z4 sDrive 35is Mille Miglia, I'm having stitching in a silver colour, similar to the BMW Performance seats. Black Nappa leather & genuine alcantara. Mmm...!
I know it's stretching OEM+ just a little bit

No the regular seats are great. It's just nice to be a bit different...
