Okay then guys,

So after owning Zara for 6 days now I have finally managed to get her cleaned and out to take a couple of pics :D

Hope you guys like her, she was cleaned using dodo juice:

There she is in all her glory! only had her 6 days and already love her to bits! best car I've ever owned so far! and won't be going anywhere any time soon! ordering a padded steering wheel tomorrow :thumbsup:

Thanks for the comments and i do indeed love the alloys, will be getting them refurbed next year :D as they are a bit worse for wear atm, but will see what happens when i have the time and weather to take them off and clean them up properly :thumbsup:
 
haha yeah it has to be the best colour for a Z4 ;)


also how would i clean my engine bay? do i need a pro to do it or can i do it myself and if so what do i use?

re the engine bay i use Megs LT http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/detailing-sprays/meguiars-last-touch/prod_225.html

even though its a gloss enhancer on the bodywork it leaves a flat finish on engine plastics but if you want something of the shelf Autoglym Fast Glass from Halfords works OK http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_195655_langId_-1_categoryId_165651
 
Thanks for the comments guys, well as most of you in the UK know the weather has been terrible and no chance to clean the car lately due to the sun only being out while I'm at work! hoping to get a good clean in sunday morning though as long as it isn't raining!

Got some plans for her atm and did a photoshop the other day here is the results:

thats my motor with tinted indicators and a set of ADV 5.01s on her, I know they cost a fortune but I love them and am going to be saving for a very long time hahaha!

Right after a couple of weeks waiting to get it fitted I finally got a date for my new retrimmed steering wheel from royalsteeringwheels.com
