I have a set of 4 genuine 18” 224’s need a refurb and all 4 are 8J ET42.

Any ideas on value without tyres

200-250? The fact that they need a refurb and are not the original set - originals are staggered fitment with wider rears means it's not worth that much. In your case you basically have 4x fronts.
