Cooling System Basics Videos

There has been several threads about the Z4 cooling system. Leaks, running hot etc...
BMP Design has two very good videos about what happens in our M54 engines and what are the weak points. eg. what is prone to failure...
The two videos are for the older E34, E36, E39 and E46. Since our M54 engined Z4's use most of the same parts as the E46 engines, most of the hardware is the same or very similar...
These videos are not comprehensive but gives a very good basic understanding of what fails and why....
Remember the mantra: Anything made by Man, will fail, eventually....
