Z4MR breaking...regrettably I might add

Hi folks, some of you may have seen my for sale posts over on the marketplace. Regrettably my Carbon Black Z4MR is being parted out, its had far too many mechanical and electrical gremlins which I've tried to resolve over the past 18 months but given the rarity of good used Z4M specific parts, it's proved an expensive and futile effort
Most frustrating gremlin had to be the ZF gearbox, initially installing a brand new LUK clutch kit and flywheel (original flywheel and clutch was severly worn beyond the rivets) only to then discover the 'synchro mesh' and/or selector rods may have been damaged previously. Even got desperate and tried fitting an E46 M3 manual gearbox to no avail (marginally longer meaning non centered Shifter, shorter propshaft etc).
Then, there's the knackered differential which requires a full rebuild and a very noisy propshaft (something to do with worn internals whatever that means!).
And more recently, problems with DME/EWS/no Crank no start... Truth be told it was a high mileage car (102k) when I bought it and clearly had a hard/abused life clearly. Granted I bought it cheap due to its problems (forgot to mention patchy/shoddy paintwork and non working roof) but to put it right now would be uneconomical and I just don't have any more patience nor funds to sink into it and need to cut my losses so to speak. I guess the old adage "you get what you pay for" really resonates in this instance
So far I have interest in s54 engine, gloss black 224s, exhaust system, piano black trims, E46 steering wheel with airbag.
I'll be keeping most of the electrical modules for my Z4M Coupe and fuse board, relays, BST, steering column, as these are getting pretty hard to come by and are Z4M specific.
Apart from the problem items (DME, gearbox, differential) and the items above, most other parts are available and will be listed over the coming weeks when I start to pull it apart.
If there's anything you need or want to haord long term given the scarcity of Z4/Z4M parts, please let me know and I'll work out a price.
