Looks like you've got the Icon Adaptive headlights there Sean! Very expensive option when new (around £2,000).
The H&K sound is pretty good quality. I thought it was one of the best I've had
It's got surround cameras too. Nice gimmick to have aswell.
I hope you enjoy it!

One thing to check...drive it backwards and forwards really slowly when it's quiet and listen for any 'sloshing' noises. The verts (and the coupes) suffer from water getting trapped in the rear wings if (when) the drainage bungs get blocked. it's a very simple fix if they do, but I've heard of stories of the water backing up and overflowing into the bootspace and ruining very expensive equipment in there. The H&K amp is the first thing to suffer.

Mine were blocked on my F33 when I got it. Cleared the bungs and got about half a gallon of water out of both wings.

Hi Drew,

Yes, it has the adaptive LEDs with high beam assist / HK / Rev camera / Side Camera / HUD / Self Park / Comfort access / Comfort pack so pretty decent spec all round, only thing really missing is full leather but I can survive without that for certain.

HK is ok, although for listening to the Archers not certain it matters  and the icons were around the £2k mark as you said, just need to drive it at night now to see them function. although SWMBO's car has the same system and its pretty decent bit of kit.

I was aware of the water issue, when I went collected the car drove to Bicester village and when I stopped the car a fair amount of water suddenly came out of the drivers side so assumed it was this, nothing since though.

Is there a wind deflector stored behind the rear seats?
You've got the heated air scarfs in the seats. They are quite funky!

Just watch the 'magic' load raising stuff in the boot. It's more complex than the roof! I used mine once to see if it worked, then left it well alone! :D

The wind deflector was missing but fair play to ATP they had advertised it so bought one, it should be here next few days, yes the air collar is part of the comfort pack, which includes the deflector and heated steering wheel.

Not had anything in the boot yet so not even tried that yet - will have to give it a go tomorrow.

They are not brilliant TBH. On mine if the wind caught it at the wrong angle, the raised piece would fall flat. You can't pull it back up whilst driving . Ask me how I know! :D

Very nice OP. 8)

I test drove an M4 Convertible back in 2016 and I really liked it. I've currently had my M4 Coupe(DCT) for just over 2 years/18k miles as a daily and I absolutely love it. It is only the harsh ride and the quietness of it(mine is a December 2018 model so it has the fun sponge OPFs on it) that grate on me a little(I deliberately didn't go for the Competition model because the wheels are bigger and the ride is bad enough as it is), but otherwise I really don't know what I'd swap if for to be honest. I'd love a G82 M4 xDrive, but they are still on the expensive side I reckon .

Had the car 9 weeks, done 1200 miles, doing 30mpg with a decent mix of motorway / A road driving, I love the car all told, great fun to drive and the DCT box is pretty good when you get use to it.

I stayed away from the comp pack as I would just rip the front splitter off based on the dirt lane to the house - not any issues with the standard car, handles ok and has far more grunt than I need.

Not certain what I would swap it for but I guess in a few years there may be something out there but as I am not a P-car fan I will strugle unless I go Merc as I am not a fan go the G series

Nice one - I am in Rhiwbina so will keep a look out for it. I am not that keen on Sakhir having had a day with an M4 in that colour.

Not far from Whitchruch then, don't take it too often as I don't like parking down there.

I like the colour in the sun but not so keen when its overcast plus its available on standard 3 & 4 series now so put me off a little
