If this advice had been said on 2nd or 3rd post perhaps a international incident could have been averted.
I remember that I did it already pages ago.

OMG, I need a headbanging smiley.

Robert, it's a real pain with you. I never had this kind of fun with anybody else when trying to help. You are a really hard nut, we'd say in Germany.

i found it much easier to remove the fusebox from the extending arm stem that it is on to get to the black 12 pin connector that needs to be removed.
you might have to disconnect a socket around the fusebox to make it easier to remove, this isn't always the case but it was for me just because of the the way that some very chunky groups of wires were positioned - they just needed to be plugged back together before replacing it.
I would not agree with this. Just pulling the plug from below the junction box is sufficient. Nothing has to be moved, removed or dismantled.
what if i want to rip it out with a crowbar and move it around and dismantle it and add vauxhal corsa engine to save money and then duct tape it back on

It's a nice option to test the "foe list" of this forum, never used before. On ZRoadster.com, it's called "ignore list".

Something i learned from tech. college was when having a problem to solve, throw around as many bonkers ideas as possible.
Then something might lead in a direction no one thought about.

That's what they must do at BMW, they just implement the bonkers ideas.

Me neither, mate. Ignoring people or adding them to a 'foe list' is pretty childish on a forum full of men of a certain age IMHO.
BTW at least one person above won't see this (and I think it may be two now!)
Oh well, c'est la vie.
