We have some of there professional range spanners at work. They seem good and have only heard good things from others.

It seems a bloody good deal to me.

I have the next size up and would highly recommend them. Second only to the high end German professional packs.

IIRC, the warranty expressly doesn't cover the ratchets which are the only really vulnerable part to failure. Nonetheless, I have used these extensively when working on my car and they are of good quality.

Pro range is really good stuff and I've used a couple of sets for over a decade and not a mark on them. The lifetime warranty is worthless - as posted above it excludes ratchet mechanisms, which are the only things that would bust. Also excludes any sort of excess use.

Halfords sell this stuff at 50% discount almost 365 so don't panic and select the set that you want. For instance this is 170 pieces, but 30 are screwdriver bits.

EDIT:
Just checked the warranty and no specific mention of ratchets, so they may have changed this??

Cracking deal on the tools

So the tool set at £150 off, plus £250 off one of their bikes and the Man-maths says the household will be £400 up, that should sell it to Mrs Ewazix :D
