2006 Z4 with Sat Nav - iphone 6 compatibilty??

Hi,
I've got a 2006 facelift z4 with the factory sat nav screen installed. I would like to connect my phone 6 with the music system, but cant really seem to find a definitive answer on here regarding it.
There is also a Parrot blue tooth system installed if this helps?
Would ideally like to be able to connect with something that charges the phone or a bluetooth system.
Ideas welcome.
