I was unable to post from my phone this evening and kept receiving this message: Anybody know whats happened or how I cure this?

Either turn it off and on or switch it to flight mode for a short while. When you reconnect you should have been allocated a different IP address.

Certain IP addresses are added to the banned list but, for the reasons you are seeing, it's usually only a last resort.

Just to clarify this IP ban was not something we put in, we reference the spamhaus service to try and prevent spam (as much as possible) and this IP got on their list. Possibly someone had the IP previously and put out spam. Glad it is resolved.

Thanks for clarifying that, I wasn't sure spamhaus was a genuine site so didn't want to give them email address etc to get unblocked.
