Unfortunately I am firmly embedded in the project taking an age camp!! I don't want to be but time and money are usually the constraints!! It took me 3 months to strip and paint my car!! Actually it was a year long project because I had to build the spray booth I sprayed the car in!!

Unfortunately I'm in the same boat as MM and the 'usual projects' that
Marlon speaks of
There is a certain appeal of flooding a project with sufficient funds to just see it through to compeletion in a very short space of time. However this is, obviously, fund dependant! Something which I can't always justify to my wife
this is for my on the side modifications, let alone speaking of the whole hog type of transformation your Zed has gone through Lewis!!
Then there is (well for me at least) a certain pleasure working on the car in spare time/weekends. The fun you have working on something yourself. Going through the struggles, sometimes extremely frustrating! But then the reward when it's complete!
Also much like washing the car, (for examples sake) I feel you in yourself can do a much better job than any Tom, Dick or Harry. So same for me with the more technical and general modification aspects. Of course there is always aspects that require more specialist attention, but the bits you can do, yourself, makes the car truely feel like yours... well that's my justification for taking so long with everything anyway!!

I fully got that Marlon. I just got me thinking i do fall in to the camp of projects dragging on. My car has been in bits for 4 months now.
And our v8 supra project isn't finished either. But we need to get them both running working and finished by spring as we need to pack up and move all of or machines spray booth and workshop in the summer.
Kis i get what your saying I have 100% made or fitted bled cried and sweated smiled and laughed with my car.

Yeah I totally get you guys spending time on it and working it over time
the truth is it takes me a while to think of all the ideas to put into a project but knowing i couldn't do it myself I wouldn't have any option haha...
HOWEVER .... here you go have some new updates
