Looking to change from run flat to non run flats,
What's my best option for summer tyres, Goodyear as2 I've looked at but don't seem to be able to find fronts in non run flats? Are as3's a compromise? Better to go with Michelin ps4's? Or stick with as2's (if I can find fronts non run flat) help would be appreciated thanks in advance

as3's is the new version of as2s? how is it a compromise ? I've got as3's on my new wheelset that is being refurbished.

they're well recommended tyres and I got a set from blackcircles no issues.

Just thought I'd heard something about them being inferior although I did think as3 should be better I have as2's at the moment but runflats. Why then is there such a price difference between the 2, as3's being cheaper?

AS3 is a better all around tyre IMO.

PS4's don't behave as well in cold weather and take a while to warm up. Totally depends on what you want from you car but both will be much of muchness and will do the job just fine. Both are UHP tyres so it's totally your choice.

+1 for PS4s. Replaced the Stock RFs with a set of them last year, the difference is incredible. Really great feel from them, Tramlining disappeared and now the wet grip is great. Admittedly any set would be an improvement compared to the RFs, but still.

Not tried the Goodyears, but I know they get a lot of praise.

I put AS2's on my previous zed. Non run flat. Was pleasantly surprised just how good the grip was in the cold and wet. Car could be pushed quite a bit further (as far as a 2.0i can be pushed :D )
Defiantly considering doing the same with the current zed, as and when I have the wheels refurbished.
