Winter wheel dilemma

My current winter wheels could do with a refurb to make them look their best, thing is they aren't the best looking wheels to begin with (style 103). The cost of a refurb will be more than the wheels are worth even with tyres, hence my dilemma.
Do I get them refurbished or do I use the money for a different set?
Now I've already got a new set of tyres so I have to stick with 17inch, which I am happy with for the winter.
Ideally I'd like the style 78 but they're like hen's teeth, and style 32 are good if not a little retro.
What's your opinions?

Not sure if they were powder coated, but silver yes!
They had been touched up in a few places. Worst bit is the rears where corrosion has started.

I've seen two sets of style 78 nearby but they are 7inch widths, can they be fitted with 225/45/17? Photos on eBay don't show how bad they are though.

Yes 225 45 17 will ride on 7j rims , about the max but will be ok
