Weirdly if I click page 2 from the forum topic page it works, just not when in the thread itself

Been like that for me since the latest forum change, but I just went to the topic listing and clicked the other page numbers.

Always works fine with Safari on MacOS Sierra.

But on the latest Firefox build it regularly comes up with an error.

First click shows this for a while...

...and finally goes onto this error message...

Simply disabling all add-ons/extensions doesn't fix it, but I don't get the error if I start in Firefox Safe Mode.

But, as suggested earlier, I can resolve it for days/weeks at a time by simply clearing the browser cache.

Sounds similar to the quote button issue I have. Sometimes work, sometimes not. On both plc and iPad.
