We wanted to be there but other commitments and a dose of ‘only just landed’ got in the way. So now need to enjoy this event vicariously through all the great pics that have been taken.

And who won the ‘best in show’ (obvs we have made it easier for the champ as we were not there) accolade??

And surely we are allowed to post some of the glorious Blue Oval fayre as they were the primary audience…

Was a really good day and some great cars there!

It was a good day all round.

Plenty of Zs and owners to chat too, some lovely old Fords and the museum exhibits. Plus it was good to escape the 30+ degrees temperatures I've been having at home!

I felt really sorry for one Orion owner who I saw on the M40 hard shoulder just North of Oxford at about 8.30 - his car was still there at 14.30 when I went home.

To be honest...
The Fords were very uninspiring, maybe I'm between eras?. The endless rows of heavily modified STs and RSs was tiring.
The classics I didn't bother to look around.. Shameful, I know.

TBH there were loads more Fiestas and Foci than I had expected, but I did manage to find a few from my past history like MK2 Escorts, Granadas and 2.8i Capris.
