My passenger seatbelt has become a little 'floppy' and doesn't return when let go anymore. Is this likely to be the seatbelt tensioner? Could it be anything else? Anyone know how much the part costs/whether replacing it is something that you can do at home?

Did my Inspection 2 today. Didn't require an air filter change as I put a K&N towards the end of last year and I think they're lifetime. Also got my discount for being an older car. No complaints. Total price for my 2003 3.0i, for anyone hunting around for reference, was £362 inc. VAT.
