Had my G29 bumper mangled by a truck reversing when I was the only car around..... Needs a new bumper but the boot has been scratched with a very small dent so will need painting. My car has been ceramic coated so do the bodyshop need to do anything special with the boot when rectifying?

My G29 has been ceramic coated and I use snow foam but the wash today didn't wash it! Rinsed, then put the snowfoam on, had a cup of coffee, rinsed of snow foam 10 minutes later and still dirty. Mixture too weak? Needs a pre-wash when filthy? Don't pre-rinse? Any thoughts?
