Good for stuff that isn't usually discounted on their main websites, for example ECP rarely discount performance parts like Powerflex bushes, if you search the part number on ebay though you can get the discount on it, 20% off Powerflex is pretty decent.
Also Demon Tweeks for various random bits, Vibra Technics engine mounts for example, can be had for £168 with the discount which is an absolute bargain as they usually go for about £220, which is what I paid, annoying! :x
