Andy's New Pimped Ride!
Put a deposit down on the "ultimate chav-mobile" (according to my lovely wife) today. I have been very patient and waited for the right one to come along. Yesterday it did so I jumped at it.
2019 FK8, one owner, 8,000 miles with FHSH and a service plan so two more services free. Immaculate car, just how I like them.
My daughter's 17 year old boyfriend thinks I am the coolest dad in the world!

I take it they’ve just started seeing each other and he doesn’t know you :D

I like that, not 100% sure about the gold wheels and the white paint but

Dear oh dear.
Well, it's obligatory to be wearing one of these at any time when you're behind the wheel of that family car on steroids:

Yes and no!
That is purely coincidence though. I am a pretty cool dad (only if you are a 17 year old boy admittedly)!

The looks are not important. The car is universally accepted as one of the best cars to drive, not just hot hatch, in modern times. It weighs less than the Z4!

Lol, calm down Pondy, I'm only teasin.
You still need to be wearing a chav cap in it though. Init tho.
 :poke:

Pondy, you're a grand chap and bring some fun to a sometimes dreary forum, but that's nasty, proper chav nasty.... Everyone has a right to some bling but that's just abusing the privilege... :poke:

Sorry, but you did post it.....

You were supposed to say "but ETTO" to be polite, John. :D
Luckily, as you well know, I am not one who cares about 'niceties', so fair point.
If we were all the same the world would be a very boring place (especially if we were all some people on here. Naming no names). :poke:

Nice car mate, a great choice for 'chav-mobile'. Just don't start dressing in a tracksuit looking like Tim Westwood

on a serious note, white honda sports cars have always looked amazing to me. My brother still has his forever car in a white s2000, and there's no way he'll part ways with it. I hope you enjoy it

RUN DMC Stormtrooper Spec. I'm not sure why, but I quite like that. Think its the balls out approach of Honda on these.

The thing that I don't like are the three trumpet tailpipes - just think they look fussy - and I'm aware the entire car is quite extreme - but you don't see them when driving which I'm sure is an event in these. Have fun :driving:

Indeed! The Japs have never been afraid to go all out with their design. The 'normal' FK8 is quite different to other mainstream cars IMO.

I used to own a Mitsubishi Evo over 20 years ago. That was a brilliant car and have missed it ever since. Hopefully this can replicate those days a bit!

 Yes yes ok Pondy....each to their own.......

......if you're MENTAL...... :poke: :poke:

And I'm not boring....just dull, very very dull.......

I’ve owned plenty of fast Honda’s in the past, I like them ….ignore those that are too old to appreciate them for what they are

I’d have the wheels refinished in white to match the paintwork, which would probably be even more chav-tastic to some of our less ‘Inclusive’ members, but I think it would look better than gold

I was thinking about white.....but they would show every single blemish and bit of brake dust. Could be a practical nightmare! I will see how I get on but maybe look to have them powder coated in a 'shadow chrome' type of colour (if that is possible). There is a powder coating company in my town so I will take it along to them at some point and have a discussion.
