Black leather seat restoration?

My seats in places have patches where the black colour has started to go faded and through to the shite colour underneath… just seems like a hard surfaced but not very deep treated leather…
Any nice cheap easy dyes or touch ups etc that will sort it?

Although it came already opened and a bit spilled out I thought I’d go for it anyways as didn’t seem dried up…
