Bloody kids!!! Dent on rear wing!! Advice

How on earth can a dent person fix this?
Is it fixable and how can they get to it?

Feel gutted !!

I can't see how you'd access this?
Wheel arch ? Is it double skin?

Some PDR guys glue on sticks and pull the dent out.

Another possibility is removing the rear wing if they have to come from inside the wing.

Edit. That was a link to an E85. There are guides on here for removing the wing I'm sure.

Wing off would be the safest option

An experienced dent fixer could get to that with the wheel arch out

Panic ye not Steve, a PDR man will massage that out no problem.

Thanks man that's what I needed to hear lol.

Do you know if it's a single skin on that wing and can it be accessed through say a small hole being made in the rear arch plastics?

I feel like it's beautiful arse has been ruined!!

Looks like Katie price's rear end now 🥺

I've already booked a dent Guy for two weeks time.
He's hoping he can sort that and a few other little dimple dents I've noticed.
He was just wondering where the access might come from as he doesn't want to get involved in removing panels.
You also wasn't sure if this is a single skin panel or a double skin or double walled panel.
Guess we will find out

Going in from underneath/through the arch won't gain you access - there is a solid inner arch. You can see here how there's a folded lip on the inner arch of the car so you can't access via the wheel arch: https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2127212#p2127212

If you remove the rear light, there is good access to the inner wing that way. You can shine a torch in to see what's going on in there. That'd be my approach.

I just popped to check as I don't have my arch liners fitted - there is actually a gap between that folded lip on the chassis and the outer wing/arch. I assumed that the arch nestled up against the lip on the chassis. My apologies!

However... if that gap would offer a PDR tool enough leverage is a different matter - but it is a gap. I'd probably still try via the rear light first, as it's easier to remove than the arch liner, and offers better visibility of the work area.

Hiya bud so I removed the rear lights I don't think he will get access from that as it's quite far forward, are you able to snap a shot of that lip and the outer skin from under the arch liner to see if it's worth me cutting an inspection hatch for him to access that dent? He can also tell me if he can do it or not too.

Cheers in advance I've sent you a PM bud

I had similar and overthought access to the point of madness, removed wheel, liner, etc. When the PDR guy arrived, he just used his glue based puller and had it done in five minutes. Perfect.

As difficult as it is, sit on your hands a leave it to the dent guy.

They get one good hit at this and your well meant help can make life so much more difficult.

Don't even waste your time taking off lights and wing liners unless they have specifically asked you do so beforehand.

Seen much worse repaired , it will be fine

I’ve done a few dents my self on a old landrover the glue works well but leave it to a professional it’s quicker and a lot less hassle , if you don’t get it out completely yourself it will really bug you !

Cheers guys it's booked in for the 12th so fingers crossed.
More annoyed at the person that did it then moved their car.

Happened at a gym and know that person must have come in after.
Wouldn't be so bothered if they left a note!

I’ve had a dent removed here on my previous Z - as others say, don’t overthink it, a good guy will get to it
