Yes. Not sure of the subscription costs these days though.

There is a nice young chap on ebay has a code for a lifetime subscription, plus free updates, about GBP10.
We bought it, more than two years ago, works perfectly on our Android phone.

Subscription cost for a BMW is about £50 year normally, some discount codes flying around to help reduce. You can get the adapter and a year subscription for £109 on there site, again, can use discount codes.
