Door window seals

The corners of my door window seals seem to be lifting. It’s something I’m hoping to change at some point but before I do, has anyone else changed these and is it an immediate problem? Hopefully the pictures show what I’m talking about.

Silly price to replace.
All it needed was the steel inside to be stainless, something i expect on old Leyland car.

Wow. £310 per side for both bits.
So have you just left yours alone then? Are yours split at the edge of the window as well?
