Well I decided to change my air filter and pollen filter, I had a look at Eurocarparts and for the 2 filters after discount £39. So I had another look online and found the exact same filters cheaper with carparts 4 Less and if I spent over £30 I would receive free delivery. So I ordered another air filter for one of the other cars, total including delivery and discount £35, they took 2 days to be delivered and arrived in a Eurocarparts van? So I looked again online, its the same company with the same warehouses! So I got 3 filters for £5 less than what I would of paid for 2, crazy :rofl:
 
I wonder how common this is

Years back I was buying a new TV in a Christmas sale - Curry’s who were actively marketing it on TV/Newspaper etc were totally sold out at the megastore in Birmingham/Wednesbury

However PC World is also owned by the same company & it is literally just over the road of the car park & they had loads (presumably because people didn’t realise) I think they now market themselves as Curry’s/PC World
 
There are a lot of online car part companies with different names but same prices. I'm sure there is just one warehouse they come from.
Bit like Amazon i suppose, just a front company with no stock.

Currys were always crafty, "find cheaper we will match it".
Of course Curry's had their own special part numbers on products that couldn't be matched.
Also the prices showed the sales person if they were allowed to discount, like say £199.99 or £199.98.
You can guess who would ask for discounts in the Wendesbury store.
