GSF 'Discounts'

Here's an example of why I warn people to be wary of huge GSF/EuroCarParts discount codes - when they're usually not discounts at all.

Got an email from GSF claiming 60% off oils, so thought I'd see what I can get a 1L top-up bottle for, for the 330d, normal price £10-£12/litre from Opie.

Definitely works out at 60% off, but the RRP seems to be for the 4L bottle (although they're also claiming that 5L is £124) :thumbsdown: :headbang:

I've had this argument countless times. They simply inflate prices so they can tout discount codes and special offers, even though majority of the time you can still get stuff cheaper elsewhere after the supposed 60% off.

I have purchased from GSF before - purely because once in a blue moon something IS cheaper than elsewhere, but it's very rare
