Just had a message from one of the production team..

" Hi Michael, I've just been approved into the Z4 group, before I post anything I wanted to check if it's OK with you to post this.

We're working on the returning series of Fifth Gear and as part of an episode we're looking for a Z4 (ideally M sport '06 - '07) to feature as part of a consumer sequence where we show case the best cars under a certain budget.

The cars would be driven responsibility by one of our presenters (on public roads) and of obviously we'd cover our insurance.

Ideally we're looking for Z4 owners based in the southwest and available on the 30th august (very short notice indeed)

We'd cover all travel expenses to and from location.

Please let me know if you know anyone."


Oh, and the car will be driven by all the presenters, including VBH... I am gutted..

I've pinged my details to Alex as think it would be fun to see the production. As a fairly new owner though I do feel under qualified, but also its a good example of a recently bought car if its a buying feature

I put forward the Coupe an alternative when Mike sent me a message this morning...they have 'decided to go for another model' - so own up, who got the spot?
