Jacking Blocks and CNC Milling and 3D printing Service

Having designed and built my own CNC machine I have been making various parts.

One of the handy items was a robust jacking block, so I have done a few for BMW, (Also Ford/RS).
They are machined from a solid block of Nylon 6, in the three colours shown.
Once these are gone I'm happy to take orders for more if anyone wants one.
Will have sample at ZedFest.
£10 each as these are "pre -production" as the engraved lettering needs revising.

In addition if anyone has any ideas or needs some thing milled/machined let me know, I have CAD/CAE/CAM facility.

Now also have a 3D printer
 
Hi mate, I need some metal laser cut. I’ve got originals just need it replicated... Do you do that sort of thing? Stainless steel, prob 3mm thick. Cheers :)

Hi there, How did you go with this and how much nylon do you have left? The photo seems to have been deleted or removed from the post. Could you reinstate it please?
