I have the Z4 booked in for an oil service next week and I am providing the oil and filter, wanted to double check that 0w-30 is correct (what is being suggested on opie oils). Also do I need 5 or 7 litres?
You need 2 x 4 litres of Edge 0w - 30 (assuming its an earlier zed - my M54 3.0 takes 6.5 litres). Opie has it on offer at the moment and you get a extra 1 litre top up free.
Would suggest you buy the oil filter from BMW as it comes with the crush washer and rubber O ring for the filter housing.
