Piggy spat a rod…

Just taken a Porker 911 engine in for vapour blasting, for those of you not familiar with the carnage a broken con rod can cause here’s the aftermath.

Lots of daft phrases….sticking a leg out of bed, spitting a rod, throwing its leg etc, etc.

Not seen one this bad before tbh, just thought I’d post out of interest.

Might just stick with BM’s….🫣😆

No idea tbh Ronk, not looked into them as 911's leave me a bit cold. Tomscott seems pretty clued up on them so maybe he'd know.

It's a fair bit of damage whatever, but def repairable.
